Kentucky Science and Technology Corporation (KSTC) has announced new leadership for the Executive Committee of its Board of Directors. While no new members are joining the Board this year, several existing members have stepped into new leadership roles.
KSTC’s Board of Directors is comprised of volunteer leaders from Kentucky’s business, education, innovation and economic development communities. Representing all regions of the commonwealth, Board Members help guide KSTC in its mission to advance Kentucky's innovative-driven economy.
New Executive Committee Members:
Dan Seevers, Lexmark International Inc. – Board Chair
Mike Norman, Kentucky Science Center – Vice Chair
Brett Traver, Southeast Kentucky Economic Development Corporation – Secretary
Charlie Beach, Peoples Exchange Bank – Treasurer
Naashom Marx, Woolpert – Executive Committee Member
KSTC extends its sincere thanks to these leaders for their continued service and for stepping into new responsibilities to help guide the organization's strategic direction.
"Our Executive Committee plays a vital role in shaping the work we do at KSTC," said KSTC President Terry Samuel. "Each of these members brings a deep understanding of innovation and economic development in Kentucky. We're grateful for their leadership and excited about the momentum they bring."

This year, KSTC also recognizes the service of longtime Board Member and outgoing Board Chair Susan
Weiss.
A member of the board since 2001, Susan has made lasting contributions to KSTC and to Kentucky's innovation community. In addition to serving as the Board Chair this past year, she is the founder of Net Tango, a firm that delivers enterprise-level web technology solutions.
We thank Susan for her time, leadership and dedication to KSTC and wish her the very best in her future endeavors. We know she'll continue to do amazing things!
