Who are we?

Kentucky Science and Technology Corporation (KSTC) is a private, nonprofit corporation committed to the advancement of science, technology and innovative economic development founded on Kentucky know-how. KSTC is a fast-paced leader with a reputation for developing and managing creative initiatives in education, economic competitiveness and scientific research.​

Board of Directors:

KSTC’s Board of Directors is a volunteer group, elected by the Board, and comprised of leaders from business, education, and economic development. Members serve three-year terms and may serve up-to two consecutive terms. The full KSTC Board of Directors generally meets four times per year.
